Este sistema de información, componente integral de la iniciativa REGULA de la OPS, ha sido producto de una amplia investigación multidisciplinaria, que contempla la legislación y reglamentación disponible en fuentes públicas de los 19 países de América Latina, que fue recopilada por la OPS.     An act to amend the Customs and Exeise Duties Act, Chapter 48 of the Laws of Belixe, Revised Edition, 2000-2003, to implement he CARICOM Common External Tariff based on the Harmonised System of Classification, verion 2002; to increase the rate of excise duty on certain goods, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

    An act to amend the Customs and Exeise Duties Act, Chapter 48 of the Laws of Belixe, Revised Edition, 2000-2003, to increase the rate of excise duty on rum, tobacco and aerated waters; to levy export duty on scrap metal, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
